Elias has his first appointment today, and he seems to be doing well. He’s gained some weight, and everything else seems good. I’ve been surprised so far at how mellow he is. Unlike his sisters, he doesn’t cry nearly as much as they did.
Today is abuelita's birthday. Elias, you are the luckiest little boy in the world to have such a caring, extremely generous and selfless, loving, and patient grandmother. They don't make them like your abuelita. She's one-of-a-kind! You don't look happy in this picture, but it's because you were very tired.
